POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@chowvillage.co.uk within 24 hours of  receiving your shipment and we will either replace the item or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may arrange a return or require photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
