DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! For orders local to the Woking Area(less than 10 miles), we offer free local delivery. Please check for you postcode below. Just select Local delivery at checkout. If you are unsure if you qualify for local delivery, please call or email us.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently deliver to all UK Mainland. We do not deliver to Highlands, The Channel Islands or Ireland because we cannot guarantee your box will arrive with you in time for the products to still be frozen.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
You can't see us but we have a sad face right now. If you're unhappy with your chow, please email us at email@example.com.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your food is prepared and frozen immidiately in order to preserve freshness on the way to you.
HOW DO I REHEAT MY FOOD?
1. Remove label from packaging.
2. Rip both corners of your chow bag so steam can fly free in the microwave.
3. Place chow bag on a microwave-safe plate in center of microwave.
4. Reheating times vary by microwave. Always ensure that reheated food is piping hot throughout.
5. Let stand for 1 minute then serve. Caution: Foot may be very hot.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?
Ofcourse! We have meat free options for our no meat Chow Villagers. Each dish is marked in our individual product descriptions.
HOW DO I STORE MY FOOD?
Each meal comes ready for your freezer. Just pop them in as is. When you're ready to eat, pop the tray in the microwave until they are heated through.
However, we do advise you don't keep your meals longer than 3 months in a freezer. All that goodness, why wait to eat?
WHAT IS YOUR SECRET MENU?
Ooooh! So you heard about that? It's a selection of Nigerian soups and stews that let you pick whichever meat option you require.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
Ofcourse! Please give us 48 hours notice.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Nah! However, orders above £50 qualify for free delivery. If your order is below this amount we charge a flat rate of £8.

All nutritional information can be found next to the dishes listed on the shop page.
CAN I SEE ALLERGEN INFORMATION BEFORE I ORDER?
Yes! All our ingredients are listed on our website alongside the product. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE IN MY ORDER?
Yes! You can add this to the notes at checkout. If you want, we'll sing a tune when we deliver. Our voices could make an angel cry but it's the thought that counts.
WHY DO YOU SELL FROZEN FOOD?
We freeze our food immediately we cook it so it's as fresh as possible when it gets to you. Thus, you're able to better control how much you eat and have food readily available when you want it.
HOW DO I RECYCLE MY GEL PACK?
To dispose the gel packs, snip open the gel pack and dispose of in your garbage can. Rinse and recycle normally.
