We're repping the South of Nigeria with this one. Omua used to live here, she fell in love with the language, the people and ofcourse the food. Our recipe is influenced by her memories of what she describes as the rhythmic flow of the Efik culture.
The Efik people have origins entwined with fishing. In honour, we've added periwinkles to our Afang.
Our food comes in a pack that you can freeze or microwave.
To reheat, pop in the microwave for 5minutes or until food is piping hot all through.
